CemMate 100 is a kind of grinding type cement grinding aid.

CemMate 100 is non-toxic, non corrosive, non flammable, non explosive.

 

Technical characteristic

Increasing mill output. This product can effectively remove the electrostatic agglomeration due to grinding, reduce the agglomeration between cement particles, and the agglomeration between particles and pound mills. The mill output can be increased by 10~20%. For the grinding of slag powder or steel slag powder, the mill output can be increased by ~10%.

Reducing energy consumption. The electricity used in the production of per ton of cement can be saved by 6~10 kw/h.

Others. There is no corrosive effect on grinding equipment and concrete reinforcement. Basically, it does not affect cement setting time and water consumption of standard consistency. Cement strength can be increased slightly. It has no adverse effect on the work performance, mechanical properties, deformation performance and durability of concrete.

 

Dosage

The dosage of CemMate 100 is related to the physical properties of materials to be grinded.

The recommended dosage is 300 grams / tons of materials to be grinded (0.03% of cement weight).

 

Usage method

In order to achieve the most stable using effect, CemMate 100 shall be accurately added by an adjustable liquid metering pump that matches the type and output of the mill. The liquid metering pump must be calibrated before use.

CemMate 100 can be added to the belt conveyor or the front of the mill.
